Who is the most overrated author in human history?

Wait come the fuck on, Dickens might be overrated, but compared to people like Dan Brown and Rowling I hardly think he's the most overrated ever.
Billy shakes gets my vote, don't try to pull this try to appreciate shitty too many centuries old playbook crap, none of them are interesting at all on top of being the most annoying things to read ever. I've seen better literature come out of /B/.
