A.I / Robot Literature

hello.
i was wondering if anybody could give me the name of any short stories or books that feature 1st person prose from the perspective of a robot or advanced a.i?
i'd like to write some of my own and have scribble down a few crappy ideas but i'd like to see how more talented people do it.
any suggestions?
