I'm almost finished reading "godel, escher, bach".

What does /book/ think of it?

Christ!  I read that book as a teenager!  Doubleplusgood!  It's a great introduction to mathematical thinking, and gets beyond being numerate (which too many people aren't, alas).  Kurt Godel was a smart motherfucker, to be sure.
