this question reminds me of something my boss said at work yesterday... we were outside smoking a cigarette when somebody walked by and mentioned how he wanted one, but he was quitting... he said he wasn't using anything for it, because he doesn't like substituting one thing for another when trying to rid himself of dependancy..
