Battle Royale

Have you read Battle Royale? is it better than the movie?

I personally don't think the book is better than the movie. The copy of the book I bought was a disgrace to the publishing industry, horribly edited and badly translated. The movie was well directed and cut out the parts of the book that made it ridiculus.
