I have read A Canticle For Leibowitz/Miller, and have started War Fever/Ballard and Beyond Armageddon/Miller and Greenberg, the first two recommended through world4ch.

Anything else that isn't D&D-RPG paperback?

Read it. Just in general - the end of civilization, or the beginning of another.

I'll definitely check out Galapagos. Cradle was chilling, but Vonnegut has a knack for making comic book characters that kill the mood like yogurt after sex. The horse-faced lesbian sister, her gay midget brother, big black native titties getting fucked in a fallout shelter, the insurance salesman still acting like an insurance salesman..

Thanks. I was interested in religious apoc., but they all seem too texty rather than lyrical.
