The traffic in this thread is extremely slow but at least it isn't on a volatile board.
Jutsuki Sen is the original translator, you'll have to wait for him to finish the airsoft arc (soon, hopefully) before he'll collaborate with others.

I was the programmer who worked on the araltrans tool.  If you want to start translating later arcs, I'm sure no one would complain.  I found this thread rather late but I'll try to visit regularly.
