Where do I get the Japanese locale for my Windows XP 32bit? Microsoft's website has only bullshit.

"Locale" means system variables and other crap used to display non-Unicode text properly. I have no problem with that, and it wasn't what I was asking about.
I meant changing the interface language - so that all Windows' menus and dialogs become in Japanese. It's called "MUI". Stupid me.
