I need somebody to act on my behalf...

This is complicated. An action figure manufacturer is making a limited edition figure that I want. My problem is: They only accept orders from within Japan and they only ship to addresses in Japan. Ordering is limited to 1000 figures and the sale begins Friday, July 17. I need somebody reliable who can take the required steps to secure this figure, have it shipped to them, then forward it on to me. I will pay for the action figure in advance (PayPal would be easiest) and will also pay a fee for the person's time and trouble. So, is there anybody who is actually in Japan who could be available at their computer at the designated time to make this transaction on my behalf, then send the action figure to me once it is received later in the year (after it has been manufactured)?

Use a deputy service, there's a bunch of them.
