Some anime tips?

Just slipped in here to ask; can you guys give me some good advice concerning what anime I should waste my time on next? I'm not very knowledgable about the whole thing, but I watched Death Note and really liked it. Anything that's the same genre and fairly good?

Mongolian Chop Squad, Berserk, Black Lagoon, Claymore, Code Geass, Darker than black, Elfin Lied, Ergo Proxy, Fafner in the Azure, Fate/Stay, FLCL, Grenadier, GTO, Hellsing Ultimate, Kiddy Grade, Last Exile, Noir, Pandora Hearts, Paranoia Agent, Pumpkin Scissors, Rozen Maiden, Samurai Champloo, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Scrapped Princess, Serial Experiments Lain, Speed Grapher, The Big O, Trigun, Trinity Blood, Witch Hunter Robin, X.

Unless you also liked the second half of Deathnote, you know, the part after L died. If that's the case then I recommend the following instead, and never ever watch what I listed above:
