Neon Genesis Evangelion

I just started watching this and it is by the far the best anime I have ever seen.

Im usually not into anime but wow this show it amazing!

The characters act so realistic and I can mostly relate to some of them.

if not> Evangelion is not that good of an anime, its not worth your time. Angsty teens in mechas are not the way i want my world to be saved. Many anime have tried to copy the eva-style thingy until it made me awfully puke for the lack of actual content of that series.

There are series which are better, and more in-depth. If you are not the 'in-depth' kind of person then there are empty series, Neon Genesis Evangelion fails to be either a shallow series or a full, in-depth series.

My recomendation, go read the boogiepop novels, and watch the anime+manga, and smile to know you've seen something different once in a lifetime.
