ef and kurenai are both great. If you liked haruhi I'd suggest kyouran kazoku nikki. if you want something more shoujo i'd suggest ouran high school host club, special a, or earl and fairy. i also highly suggest wolf and spice. the imageboars has a picture that lists a bunch of stuff you should watch before requesting new ones.
