what's the deal with the "weeaboo" hate?

There's nothing wrong in liking anime.
There's nothing wrong in liking Japanese music.
There's nothing wrong in liking Japan girls.
There's nothing wrong in liking Japan.

HOWEVER...

First, those things have nothing to do with each other. You can be a big fan of one of them and a huge hater of the rest. You can really be a fan of some of them in any combination, or even all of them, and that still says nothing about you. Judging you from that alone is as superficial as judging a person from any individual trait.

Second, what's disgusting about weeaboos isn't their liking for anything. It's that they act like retards and exhibit the intelligence level of a monkey and the social adequacy of 5 year olds. That's why.

Think of it this way. Is there something wrong with liking porn? Of course not. Now is there something wrong with carrying a picture of a nude woman around with your hand and holding your dick with the other while you're at your job or school, in front of everyone, including boss/teachers and work-/classmates? I bet you'll get your ass fired the first day in the former and punished and bullied to hell in the latter.

That's basically what weeaboos bring upon themselves. The nasty attitude you see towards them is what they keep asking for. If they had some commonsense, they would have managed to still look very respectable with their hobbies.

Walking around like buffoons, using (mispronounced) Japanese vocabulary and honorifics, tossing references that nobody cares about (or even comprehends... Is everyone an anime fan? Or does everyone watch [insert series]?), making retarded gestures and noises, talking like moe characters (or like "ninjas")... This is all bullshit.
