I would kill only for the world to benefit, I would off corrupt government officials, I would kill world leaders that are trying to cause wars(Iran, Pakistan, maybe even my own country; America), I would send in death threats to halt all wars, or else every leader of every country dies and the world goes into panic, then, only then, would I actually start killing people that escaped justice, such as OJ and Michael Jackson, people like them. Than, after all that is done and taken care of, I would start ridding the world of criminals(Only ones who committed a serious crime; such as murder, rape, kidnapping, molestation, cannibalism, etc). IF, however, anyone did get in my way, I would evade them as long as possible, give them multiple warnings then kill them.
I'd only kill all world leaders, leaving only the corrupt onces, and then have fun watching the world burn...
