anime and pedo

any anime fan can tell you that there is a connection between anime and pedophelia. I have many anime fan friends and most all of them admit to liking lolicon hentai.

what causes this?

does anime cause pedophelia?
or
are pedophiles naturally interested in anime even before being sexually aware.

also i enjoy many anime and take responsibility for saying this. I also know it not to always be true.

In Japan cuteness is what the ideal girl is supposed to posses.
Of course in anime this is being blown completely out of´the scales. And imagine, what age posesses the most innocent behaviour? There's not neccesarily any sexual undertones mixed in moé - even though some people may interpret it as such.
