Danbooru database dump?

I see on Danbooru's death page it says  "Okay if you want the database dump come to IRC". "Stop by #danbooru on mint.sayuri.ca".
Does anyone know how to get to this? I installed a IRC program but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to connect to this channel. Also, does anyone know any Danbooru clone sites that exist? I NEED MY FIX MAN!
