Help w/ Cosplay

Hii... I need some help deciding on a cosplay character!
Description:
*male (pref. bishounen)
*shoulder-length hair (sorta layered w/ side bangs)
*fair/medium complexion
If you need more to go on, just ask!
I wanna play either someone from an obscure anime/manga or a neglected character from a popular manga/anime.
