What anime is this song from?

Hello there people. I dunno if this is the right place for this question, but here we go. A year ago I found this tune on YTMND somewhere, and I liked it so I saved it.

Some guy I talked to at the time said it was from an anime with an "awesome claymation sequence" or something.

It's awesome, go watch it now ;)  The claymation sequence is awesome as well (the ED, which the song goes along with, I watched it in full every time, as well as the OP).

I hate the show, the openning is the only good thing about it, it was so damn stupid.
only watch it if you like perverted twisted idiotic humor (which the avarege 4channer would actually, so...)!
