Hijack time.
I'm curious about what continuities people spotted between My-Hime and My-ZHiME (Otome)? The only one I spotted was related to Miyu, and her following a long-dead master with golden hair. Also, her combat systems mention Sears several times, which is a direct reference to the first series.
I must admit, I'm fascinated by this idea of taking a bunch of characters, and just dropping them in a completely and totally new setting.
Anyone know if there will be a third season?
On a less hijacker-ish note, that aspect of My-ZHiMEs ending didn't really work for me either.... If Arika's robe hadn't disintegrated, I could accept that she shielded both of them on their way down, but as it was it looked like both characters were very crispy critters.
As for how Nina survived getting stabx0red, my guess is the damage was somehow "absorbed" by her gem, resulting in it shattering.

secondly, they both should have been roast otome by the time they hit earth
thirdly, the show was fucking totally fresh right until they both started ascending into space... right there at that point i was like no fucking way... this shit went from fresh to gay in 30 seconds
