At this moment im only aware of:
Luxandra Frail, Peyote and the red eyes dude and his bitch from Cowboy Bebop's first episode and those 3 old men that are always playing poker.

there aren't any black/hispanic/mexicans/brazilians,etc characters in naruto, kishimoto is a racist!
