Need some Anime suggestions.

Yeah... I have no idea what to watch, and i would rather not waste money/bandwidth with stuff i'm probably not going to like..

From the few things i have watched and liked, they have mainly been cute, fluffy, lighthearted, somewhat Ecchi filled stuff (Popotan comes to mind as my favorite so far)

So, anyone have any suggestions?
