Black People in Manga?

Alright, I know black people aren't allowed to be seen in anime but. What about manga? I hope they were kept out of there as well as I have begun to take interest in reading manga.

To be honest, when I think about it and read this thread....there appears to be quite a lot of black characters. Characters seem to either be Japanese or Black(Tanner skin). I'd like to see this trend go on and include a even wider amount of races in anime/manga.

Anyways to add Belfangan Clouseau from FMP! The Second Raid and the Cervello girls from Katekyo Hitman Reborn! I believe.
