R.O.D. Ep 2

I've just started watching Read or Die, from the recomendations of others.  The first ep was ok, neither good nore bad.  However I'm wondering about the second ep.  Was it made to make the viewer dislike the three sisters?  If so it succedded.  If not it was very clumsy and failed in it's goal.  I had to force myself to finish it.

Does it get better after this, or does it remain like this?

Yeah, ROD came before ROD TV.  I liked ROD more because it was just completely over-the-top comic-book-like bizarre.  They didn't try to be even remotely serious with themselves.  ROD TV tried to pull emotional strings, though, and failed pretty hard.  It was chock full of mediocrity and anime cliches.

Oh, and the fight that Ms. Deep had with herself was pretty cool.  :)

I know you were watching ROD TV because ROD doesn't have the three sisters.  :)
