God I can't believe you guys are still going on this shit. I thought the convo was over. It's pretty simple, less than 1.5% of the entire country is non-japanese in origin, and probably less than 10% of that is black. That means that .15% of the people in the country are black, or 1.5 people per 1000. There are 12ish characters per anime on average, so in reality only 1 in every 80 or so anime should have any black people in them. In other words, they are actually probably OVERREPRESENTED in anime, in comparison to the actual population they represent in the places where most anime is supposed to take place, which is Japan. There are races that get a much much bigger shaft in anime than black people, so why not focus on them instead of just focusing every fucking racial conversation on black people? What about every other fucking ethnicity on the planet, or is somehow only black people the only ones that matter (or at least whine) this much?

How about we look at Asian representation in American culture, and how poorly represented they are in US and European entertainment? God I can't believe you tools are still talking about this shit.
