Black anime characters

I've personally never seen a black anime character.  Do they exist?

Caska is sort of a pseudo-Persian.

Yoruichi is probably supposed to be Okinawan or some other sort of southern Japanese (usually depicted with tanned skin because of the tropical climate in the south).
