I've personally never seen a black anime character. Do they exist?

In the early chapters of gantz (the dinosaur mission) there was a group of black guys there. suffice to say they didn't last too long
Caska is black, so is that one chick in FMA. and that other chick from eureka 7.
and the first two episodes of darker than black has a black guy.
so yes they exist.
but yeah, Japanese are ultra racists when it comes down to it.
