Black anime characters

I've personally never seen a black anime character.  Do they exist?

Japanese and asian people in general are racist. They rarely include blacks in anime and try to justify this by saying that they do not know what blacks look like. ( wow so it seems like asians are very stupid when it comes to international affairs and do not have a tv). They say that they get their information form white people. ( if that is so, then why do asian's claim that they have been isolated from other races for so long?) Also, asians want so badly to be accepted into the hip hop culture but they do not even like the people who created it. It would be better if blacks weren't included at all than to be protrayed as ugly , stupid , servile and savage. BUt i guess it's just insecurity and stupidity that makes a person feel that they are better than another. Asains need to develop a mind of their own and stop picking up white racism.
