You can't hide all adult manga in the closet, behind the TV, or mixed in with normal manga. You can't pretend to read normal manga on the subway when it has a cover featuring a girl spread eagled and about to get cream filled. So what happens when girls, women, moms, aunts, grandmas, sisters, or any female sees the pages of adult manga? What is their reaction?

The question concerns three different groups- young girls, adult girls, and older concerned parents. How does each react, and how is it different from the US? For example, prolific adult manga in US bookstores would produce huge outcries from conservative parents everywhere. Are adults that good at hiding there porn, or is there something else?
