VEGETA'S LAW
The more smoke or dust that rises from an attack's area of effect, the lower the probability that anyone within the area of effect was actually harmed by the attack.

JOSEPH JOESTAR'S LAW OF SELECTIVE BILINGUALITY
All important non-Japanese characters are fluent in Japanese (especially if they've never visited Japan before), but still occasionally utter phrases in their native tongue for comedic effect.  All unimportant non-Japanese characters (esp. extras) have no experience with the Japanese language, and will not even know how to say "Hello" or "Excuse me" in any language but their own.

Azuma's Corollary: The only Japanese characters who know English are those that have already been established as either geniuses or total jerkoffs.

LAW OF INTERSPECIES ATTRACTION
Wherever there is a fox monster, a raccoon-dog monster will shortly appear, and vice versa.  When the two monsters meet, they WILL confront each other, often violently.

LAW OF DIMINISHED POTENCY VIA PROLONGED EXPOSITION
The more time a character spends explaining the effect of his special attack before completely and successfully executing it, the less likely the attack is to have the expected effect or even to do anything at all.

Post your own observations.

That's Otaku TV, isn't it?

Anyway,
LAW OF DAMAGE
A character takes no damage from any attack, as long as they land on heir feet.
