And here's the worst hentai thread, to make it full circle.

 I'll start off with the obvious; the most poorly drawn, shit hentai movie that's so bad it's used for comedic value:

Sailor and the Seven Ballz.

I don't know about "worst", but Yakin Byoutou (aka. Night Shift Nurses) definately has a super-high gross-out count. The "scrambled eggs" scene is awesometacularly sick, the marbles scene not much better, and the fishtank pump enema tops them all ("What a magnificant sound!" "Prrrpp! Squish! Flop!").
