 I'll start off with the obvious; the most poorly drawn, shit hentai movie that's so bad it's used for comedic value:

Damn, NSN was the first 'nasty' hentai I watched, and I didn't actually know that it was until I saw the pissing and the enemas :( At least the scat scenes had been edited out (although a lot of people were pissed about that) but it didn't stay on my hard drive very long.
