I don't understand all this hype about SAC. Honestly, I think it is a blasphemy to the franchise. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't already seen the absolute gem which is the 95 feature film. The way they pretty up the package with comic relief characters and brighter art etc essentially strips away everything that made the movie so good for me.

at any rate a couple of my favourite anime would have to be;

Ghost in the Shell

I always see people hating on Bebop, but I thought it was really well done as far as an animated series goes. Part nostalgia, maybe, I watched all that shit in highschool when it came on every night for a while.

FLCL is crazy as shit.

... Did I miss anything by not watching Outlaw Star when it had its America run?

i don't have one, but i can name a few. tenchi muyo, cowboy bebop and samurai champloo, outlaw star was one of my faves, second to tenchi. newer ones include gantz, k-on, and clannad. i can't remember any more.

My favorite Anime is "Martian Successor Nadesico".
Is is minor in America and Europe?
I think this anime was a one of Perfected SF animation.
It has MOE and friendship and little bit of Space science...

In These days, Japanese Anime has been scale down.
I hope Anime giving big impact will be created like "GHOST IN THE SHELL".

My favorite anime is detective conan.
People in this manga is so cool.
When I read it at the first time , i like Kindaichi better.
But I now really love both of them.
I read many manga when I was young.
Because I am Japanese.
But I now read few Mangas because I get old.
Detective Conan is one of Mangas I read now and I still feel interesting.
